We are delighted to be partnering with a fully independent, highly respected financial planning practice in Bradford-on-Avon, who are now seeking an experienced IFA Administration Manager to join their growing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a pivotal role within a forward-thinking and expanding firm, where you will act as the key link between the Directors and the administration function.

The Role

As IFA Administration Manager, you will take ownership of a growing team of IFA Administrators, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the administrative function. This is a hands-on leadership role, combining team management with strategic input as the business continues to scale.

You will play a central role in shaping and developing the admin team, implementing processes, improving efficiencies, and supporting the ongoing growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage, mentor, and develop a team of IFA Administrators
  • Act as the bridge between Directors and the administration team
  • Oversee workflow, ensuring high standards and timely delivery
  • Review and improve internal processes and systems
  • Support business growth by assisting with recruitment and onboarding
  • Build and develop a best-in-class administrative function

About You

  • Proven experience within an IFA/financial planning environment
  • Strong background in administration management or team leadership
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to implement improvements
  • Experience in developing teams and supporting business growth
