Salary: Up to £85,000 + Annual Discretionary Bonus

Role Overview:
Our client is seeking a Head of Intermediary Relationships to lead and enhance their strategic relationships with key intermediary clients. This pivotal role is crucial to the company’s growth, with a strong focus on developing and maintaining robust partnerships with national advisory firms and financial advisory networks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Exceed Sales Targets: Drive and surpass quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators by effectively leveraging relationships with intermediary partners.
  • Formulate Relationship Strategies: Develop and implement a strategic plan for managing relationships with intermediary clients, ensuring alignment with the company's broader business objectives through collaboration with internal teams.
  • Manage Key Accounts: Strengthen and sustain relationships with major clients, ensuring high levels of engagement and securing long-term panel positions.
  • Build Trust: Establish yourself and the firm as trusted partners to both existing and prospective clients, nurturing long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships.
  • Lead the Team: Provide strong leadership and daily management for the Intermediary Relationships team, currently consisting of a manager with plans to recruit an additional executive. Oversee their development and ensure the team meets its goals.

Candidate Requirements:
Candidates must have experience in the investment management industry, with a proven track record of managing relationships with intermediary clients, such as financial advisory firms.
