Graduate Trainee Financial Planning Administrator
Location: Near Warrington
Salary: £18,000 - £26,000 + Benefits

Are you a recent graduate with a keen interest in financial services and a passion for delivering exceptional client support? We are recruiting on behalf of a boutique firm of Chartered Financial Planners based near Warrington. This highly regarded firm specialises in providing tailored financial planning solutions for high-net-worth (HNW) individuals and their families.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Graduate Trainee Financial Planning Administrator to join their growing team and build a successful career in financial planning.

The Role

As a Graduate Trainee Financial Planning Administrator, you will:

  • Prepare annual review packs for client meetings.
  • Process new business applications and handle fund switches.
  • Liaise with providers and clients to schedule meetings and manage inquiries.
  • Take inbound calls and provide outstanding administrative support.
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as required to ensure smooth operations.

The company will provide full training and support in all aspects of the role, making this a fantastic entry point into the financial services sector.

  • Transport: Due to the location of the offices, candidates must have the ability to commute without public transport. 

The Package

  • Salary: £18,000 - £26,000, based on experience.
  • Benefits: Pension, death-in-service cover, cash plan, 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), full exam support, and study leave.
