This firm is an established and highly regarded name within the industry, working exclusively with High-Net-Worth (HNW) and Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) clients across the local region. They have built a strong reputation for delivering bespoke financial planning solutions, exceptional client service, and maintaining the highest professional standards.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with a team of Paraplanners, Financial Advisers, and clients, playing a key role in delivering exceptional financial planning support.
The Role:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to Financial Advisers and Paraplanners.
- Manage client records and process new business applications.
- Liaise with clients and providers to ensure smooth workflow and outstanding service.
- Assist with client reviews, document preparation, and compliance support.
- Handle client queries professionally and efficiently.
- Support financial planning processes and ensure regulatory requirements are met.
About You:
- Experience in financial planning administration is preferred, though candidates with broader financial services experience will be considered.
- A proactive and client-focused approach with excellent communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
- A keen interest in developing within the financial planning profession.
