You will be joining a collaborative and high-performing team, providing essential administrative support to experienced Paraplanners and highly successful Financial Planners. The business prides itself on delivering a high-quality, personalised service to clients, and you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the advice process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support across the financial planning process
- Managing annual reviews and preparing client documentation
- Processing change of address updates and maintaining accurate client records
- Handling general client servicing and administrative tasks
- Liaising with providers, platforms, and internal teams to ensure efficient case progression
About You:
- Previous experience within financial planning or the wider financial services sector
- Candidates from pensions, investments, platforms, or mortgage backgrounds will also be considered
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- A proactive and team-oriented approach
- Confident communication skills and a client-focused mindset
