Job Title: Financial Services Administrator

Their team in Manchester is expanding, and we are seeking a diligent and versatile Financial Services Administrator to join them. Key Responsibilities:
Financial Planning Administration (50%)
- Provide administrative support to our Financial Planners.
- Process Letters of Authority and manage the collection of client policy information.
- Liaise with financial product providers to obtain necessary information.
- Assist in preparing client documentation and reports.
General Office Administration and Reception Duties (50%)
- Perform general office administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Cover reception duties as needed (note: visitor traffic is minimal).
- Handle incoming calls, mail, and email communications.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience in a similar administrative role, ideally within financial services.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
