Sunderland – Hybrid Working

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Financial Planning Administrator to join a well-established Wealth Management firm in Sunderland. This role is ideal for a proactive and detail-oriented professional looking to develop a career in financial services administration. The firm is known for delivering high-quality client service and tailored financial planning solutions.

The Role

As a Financial Planning Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting Advisers and Client Relationship Managers to ensure exceptional client service and smooth administrative processes. This is a varied role that involves handling client documentation, maintaining records, and being the first point of contact for client queries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and process client documentation, including KYC and AML information

  • Maintain accurate and compliant client records

  • Handle client queries via phone, email, and in person, ensuring timely resolutions

  • Schedule client meetings and manage adviser diaries

  • Maintain CRM systems and track ongoing tasks, escalating urgent matters when necessary

  • Support advisers in preparing client review packs and financial documents

  • Assist with new business processing, policy amendments, and fund switches

  • Liaise with product and platform providers to obtain policy information

  • Provide general office support, including greeting clients, managing supplies, and coordinating internal meetings

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous office experience preferred, ideally in financial services or administration

  • Experience with data entry, CRM systems, and client interaction beneficial but not essential

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills

  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn within a supportive team environment

Package and Benefits

  • Salary – £25,000 to £30,000

  • Hybrid Working – Flexibility to work from home up to three days per week
