Financial Planning Administrator – Harrogate

Salary: £32,000 - £36,000 (dependent on experience)
Full-time preferred | Part-time considered | Office-based

A well-established firm of Independent Financial Advisers (IFAs) based in Harrogate is looking for an experienced Financial Planning Administrator to join their team.

The Role

As a key part of the support team, you will provide essential administrative assistance to Advisers and Paraplanners. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Obtaining quotes and processing new business
  • Client communication and liaison with providers
  • Monitoring transactions and ensuring smooth client service
  • Supporting Advisers and Paraplanners with administrative tasks
  • Using Xplan (experience with this system is an advantage)

About You

The ideal candidate will be highly organised and proactive, with:

  • At least two years' experience in an IFA firm
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Confidence in dealing with providers and clients
  • A professional and customer-focused approach
