Financial Planning Administrator – Harrogate
Salary: £32,000 - £36,000 (dependent on experience)
Full-time preferred | Part-time considered | Office-based
A well-established firm of Independent Financial Advisers (IFAs) based in Harrogate is looking for an experienced Financial Planning Administrator to join their team.
The Role
As a key part of the support team, you will provide essential administrative assistance to Advisers and Paraplanners. Your responsibilities will include:
- Obtaining quotes and processing new business
- Client communication and liaison with providers
- Monitoring transactions and ensuring smooth client service
- Supporting Advisers and Paraplanners with administrative tasks
- Using Xplan (experience with this system is an advantage)
About You
The ideal candidate will be highly organised and proactive, with:
- At least two years' experience in an IFA firm
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Confidence in dealing with providers and clients
- A professional and customer-focused approach
