Job Description:

As a Financial Planning Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our financial planning team in delivering exceptional service to their clients. You will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the office and the success of their financial planning services. The company are happy to welcome candidates who are looking for progression, willing to support candidates with their Diploma qualifications and then offer training into a Paraplanner position or similar once that has been achieved. This process is likely to take at least 2-3 years however.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Service: Assist in managing client relationships, responding to inquiries, and scheduling meetings.
  • Document Management: Maintain accurate client records, financial documents, and correspondence.
  • Data Entry: Enter and update client financial data accurately on systems.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate appointments and meetings for the financial planning team.
  • Compliance: Ensure all documentation and processes adhere to regulatory requirements.
  • General Administrative Support: Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to the team as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in financial services, ideally within a financial planning administrator role, is essential.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Knowledge of financial planning concepts and terminology is a plus.
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently, as required.
