An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Financial Planning Administrator to join a well-established and growing Financial Planning firm based in Wakefield.
This role would suit someone with at least three years' experience supporting Financial Planners within an IFA or Financial Planning practice who is looking to join a supportive business that genuinely values its administration team.

The Role
Working closely with a team of Financial Planners and Paraplanners, you'll provide high-quality administrative support throughout the client journey.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing new business and review documentation
- Processing pensions, investments and protection business
- Liaising with clients, providers and third parties
- Obtaining valuations and provider information
- Managing ongoing servicing and review work
- Maintaining accurate client records and back-office systems
- Supporting advisers with day-to-day administration
- Ensuring work is completed accurately, efficiently and in line with company procedures
About You
To be considered, you'll ideally have:
- At least three years' experience as an IFA Administrator or Financial Planning Administrator
- Experience supporting Financial Planners within an IFA or Financial Planning practice
- Good knowledge of pensions, investments and financial planning products
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach
- A genuine interest in delivering an excellent service to both clients and colleagues
Salary & Benefits
- £30,000 - £34,000
- 35-hour working week (7-hour days)
- Hybrid working (five office days over a two-week period)
