An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Financial Planning Administrator to join a thriving boutique firm of Independent Financial Planners that has enjoyed exceptional growth since launching less than five years ago.

Built on a reputation for outstanding service, meaningful lifelong client relationships and genuinely listening to clients to deliver real value, the firm has already grown to a close-knit team of five and now manages over £140M of Funds Under Management.

Due to continued success, they are looking to make an additional hire and are seeking someone who shares their values, commitment to excellence and long-term mindset.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced administrator who enjoys working within a high-quality, client-centric planning environment where relationships matter more than volume.

The Opportunity

Responsibilities will include:

  • Processing new business for new and existing clients
  • Managing cases and pipelines through to completion
  • Preparing client valuations, reports and meeting documentation
  • Obtaining illustrations, quotations, fund information and provider data

  • Maintaining accurate CRM records and compliant client files
  • Supporting advisers with ongoing servicing and administrative requirements
  • Delivering a professional, proactive and high-touch client experience throughout the advice journey

The successful candidate will bring:

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience within private client financial planning / wealth management
  • Strong understanding of financial planning administration processes and provider interaction
  • Excellent organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding client service
  • A proactive, collaborative and solutions-focused approach
  • Demonstrable stability and longevity in previous roles, as this is a long-term hire where cultural fit and commitment are highly valued
  • Most importantly, you will be someone who believes in building trusted relationships, takes pride in delivering exceptional service and wants to be part of a growing boutique firm where quality, integrity and client outcomes come first.

Why Apply?

  • Salary up to £35,000 depending on experience
  • Annual performance bonus
  • Comprehensive benefits package
  • Outstanding flexibility with 9 out of 10 days working from home
  • Join a successful and ambitious boutique IFA practice during an exciting growth phase
  • Be part of a small, collaborative and genuinely supportive team
  • Work within a firm that prioritises meaningful client relationships over transactional advice
  • Exposure to high-quality financial planning work and rewarding client cases
  • Genuine long-term career opportunity with a business that values loyalty, contribution and professional development
