We are delighted to be recruiting an experienced Financial Planning Administrator to join a well-established and highly profitable financial planning firm based near Warrington. This is an initial 12-month maternity contract, starting at the beginning of April, with strong potential for the role to become permanent due to the continued growth of the business (although this cannot be guaranteed).

The Role
You will play a key role supporting Financial Planners with the full range of administrative duties, helping ensure a smooth and efficient client journey.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Providing high-quality administrative support to Financial Planners
- Preparing client documentation and suitability reports
- Processing new business and policy servicing
- Liaising with clients, providers, and internal colleagues
- Maintaining accurate client records and workflows
About You
- Previous experience as a Financial Planning / IFA Administrator is essential
- Intelligent Office experience is highly desirable
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Professional, approachable, and comfortable working as part of a small team
