Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a point of contact for training, guidance, and day-to-day support within the team.

  • Work closely with the Client Support Manager to ensure smooth workflow and best practice.
  • Deliver high-quality, compliant administrative support to advisers and clients.

Working Arrangements

  • Hybrid working model after training: typically 4 days in the office and 1 day from home.
  • Flexibility possible for the right individual (e.g. 3 days in-office / 2 days from home).

Package & Benefits

  • Experience supervising, mentoring, or training junior team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Team-focused, proactive, and keen to build a long-term career.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Senior Administrator ready to step into leadership, or an existing Team Leader seeking a stable, long-term role within a collaborative financial planning firm.
