They are currently seeking to recruit for a Financial Planning Administration Team Manager to join their Chelmsford office. In this role, you will lead, motivate, and develop a team of five Financial Planning Administrators, ensuring operational excellence and delivering an exceptional client experience. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional passionate about leadership and talent development within the financial planning sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of Financial Planning Administrators based from the Chelmsford office.
  • Collaborate with Financial Planners to ensure clients receive tailored support and achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Uphold company guidelines and maintain compliance with all regulatory frameworks.
  • Cultivate and strengthen client relationships through proactive engagement and exceptional service.
  • Assess training requirements and implement strategies to support team development and growth.
  • Drive a mindset of excellence and continuous improvement across the team and broader organisation.

  • Solid experience in client administration within the Financial Planning industry.
