OTE: £80,000 plus, uncapped

An established and highly respected financial planning firm is seeking an experienced Financial Planner to join its advisory team. This opportunity will suit an adviser who values delivering high-quality, long-term advice and client care, without the pressure of cold calling, self-generating leads, or networking from scratch.

The role focuses on servicing an existing client bank, alongside advising new warm enquiries generated by the business.

The Role

You will provide holistic and compliant financial advice to private clients, many of whom have long-standing relationships with the firm. The business has a strong local reputation and places integrity, trust, and service quality at the centre of everything it does.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver tailored financial planning advice across pensions, investments, protection, and wealth planning

  • Manage and develop long-term relationships with existing clients

  • Advise new inbound client enquiries, no cold calling required

  • Carry out regular client reviews and ongoing servicing

  • Ensure advice meets FCA regulatory standards

  • Maintain exceptional levels of professionalism and client care

Candidate Requirements

  • Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning as a minimum

  • At least one year of experience providing regulated financial advice to private clients in the UK

  • Strong technical knowledge across pensions and investments

  • A client-first mindset with a focus on advice quality and outcomes

  • Ethical, organised, and detail-focused approach

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
