We are currently recruiting on behalf of one of the UK’s largest and most successful financial planning organisations for a Financial Adviser Team Leader. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a high-performing team while managing your own portfolio of clients and contributing to the growth of the business.

Role Overview:

  • As the Financial Adviser Team Leader, you will be responsible for:
  • Managing and developing a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, delivering exceptional financial planning advice and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Leading and mentoring a small team of successful financial planners, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
  • Driving the organic growth of the business by identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal Investment Managers and other partners to leverage leads and generate ongoing business growth.
  • Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.

Key Requirements:

  • A proven track record in financial advice, with a focus on high-net-worth clients.
  • Experience in a leadership or mentoring role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and nurture client relationships.
  • Relevant financial planning qualifications (e.g., Diploma in Financial Planning as a minimum; Chartered status desirable).
  • Strategic mindset with a results-driven approach to business development.
