Role Overview:
- As the Financial Adviser Team Leader, you will be responsible for:
- Managing and developing a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, delivering exceptional financial planning advice and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Leading and mentoring a small team of successful financial planners, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
- Driving the organic growth of the business by identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal Investment Managers and other partners to leverage leads and generate ongoing business growth.
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.
Key Requirements:
- A proven track record in financial advice, with a focus on high-net-worth clients.
- Experience in a leadership or mentoring role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and nurture client relationships.
- Relevant financial planning qualifications (e.g., Diploma in Financial Planning as a minimum; Chartered status desirable).
- Strategic mindset with a results-driven approach to business development.
