Role Overview:
As a Finance Systems and BPO Delivery/Solutions Expert, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing finance-related BPO solutions for our diverse client base. You will leverage your deep understanding of finance systems and processes, and your expertise in leading finance systems, to deliver exceptional results, working collaboratively with both internal teams and external clients.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of finance-related BPO solutions, including process mapping, system integration, and change management.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
- Oversee the delivery of BPO projects, ensuring they meet client expectations and are delivered on time and within budget.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in finance and BPO.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support business development activities by contributing to proposals and presentations.
- Analyse client requirements and translate them into detailed specifications.
- Work with cross-functional teams (technical, operational, etc.) to deliver seamless solutions.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for implemented solutions.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Extensive experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing finance-related business processes.
- Proven experience in delivering BPO solutions.
- Deep expertise in at least one major finance system, such as Oracle Financials, Workday Financials, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance, or similar. Experience with Alteryx is also required.
- Proven project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Desirable Skills & Experience:
- Experience working with a global client base.
- Experience in the insurance or financial services industry (although not mandatory).
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma).
