Role Overview:
Our client is seeking a Director of Strategic Partnerships to spearhead and grow their strategic relationships with key clients. This critical role is central to the company's success, focused on fostering growth and sustaining strong partnerships with national advisory firms and financial advisory networks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve Sales Targets: Work towards and exceed quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators by leveraging strategic partnerships.
- Develop Partnership Strategies: Create and implement a comprehensive strategy for managing strategic partnerships, collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with overall business goals.
- Manage Key Client Accounts: Maintain and strengthen relationships with key clients, ensuring continued high-level engagement and the retention of panel positions.
- Establish Trust: Position yourself and the firm as a trusted partner for both existing and potential clients, fostering long-term, mutually beneficial relationships.
- Team Leadership: Provide day-to-day leadership and management for the Strategic Partnerships team, currently comprising one manager with approval to recruit an executive. This includes overseeing their development and ensuring the team’s objectives are met.
Candidates must have experience working within an Investment Management environment, managing relationships with intermediary clients such as financial advisory firms.
