We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our client. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing clients, delivering exceptional service, and fostering long-term relationships. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with a financial services or customer service background or a graduate looking for a long term career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and providing proactive support and guidance
  • Develop strong relationships with clients, understanding their goals and objectives
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in financial services or customer service roles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a drive to achieve targets and deliver results.
  • Must live in Bath or the surrounding area
