The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing clients, delivering exceptional service, and fostering long-term relationships. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and providing proactive support and guidance

Requirements:
- Previous experience in financial services or customer service roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a drive to achieve targets and deliver results.
- Must live in Bath or the surrounding area
