Duties:
- Manage the engagement, SLA’s and contracts of Third-Party Administrators (TPA’s) and Panel Solicitors
- Liaising with key internal departments including Claims, Operations and Actuarial to manage the continued development of internal MI to support the management of the Business.
- Further develop and monitor MI to measure performance against SLA’s of both Panel and TPA’s
- Collaborate with the senior management team to develop a strategic plan for improving efficiency and reducing costs
- Responsible for being the centralised contact point between TPA’s/Panel and company
Represent external service providers in internal meetings and development and rollout of processes and systems
- Responsible for regularly liaising with the Technical Claims team on technical issues and queries.
- Aid in the monitoring, tracking and updates of Claims Operational processes that emanate from day-to-day operations
- Manage Monthly and Quarterly meetings with TPA’s and Panel
Qualifications and Experience:
- 2+ years’ experience in a Client Manager / equivalent role in insurance is essential
- Experience and understanding of UK EL claims advantageous
