Homebased OR Hybrid working

Our client focuses solely on the acquisition and management of non-life insurance/reinsurance companies in run-off. They are looking to expand their Claims Audit team.

The Claims Auditor is responsible for assisting the Claims Audit Manager in any Audit required, but primarily focussing on those associated with UK Direct business.

Responsibilities will be participating and leading Audits, to include reporting and feedback activities.

Audits will be carried out either remotely or onsite, so travel to external office locations is sometimes required where necessary.

  • Audit work on UK Direct business involves:
  • Reviews of internal claims handling on all books of legacy business
  • Panel Solicitors
  • Third Party Administrator

Experience required:

  • Insurance background, which includes claims knowledge, whether it be from adjusting, underwriting or broking
  • Knowledge of UK Direct liability classes, EL and PL or Disease claims
