Practice & Operations Manager
£40,000-£45,000 | Hybrid Working | Sproston, Cheshire
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a growing boutique Financial Planning firm as their Practice & Operations Manager.
Following continued growth, the business is looking for someone to become the operational heartbeat of the company, working closely with the Financial Planning Director to ensure the business runs smoothly, efficiently and continues to deliver an exceptional client experience.
This is far more than an administration management role.
You'll coordinate the day-to-day running of the practice, oversee operational workflows, support and develop the team, work alongside external providers and help turn business ideas into practical action.
The successful candidate will enjoy creating structure, improving processes and bringing people together to achieve shared goals.
Responsibilities
• Coordinate the day-to-day running of the practice
• Lead and support the operational team
• Manage workflow and business priorities
• Build relationships with outsourced providers including compliance, paraplanning, IT and marketing
• Produce management information and KPI reporting
• Improve systems and operational processes
• Support business planning and future growth
• Help maintain regulatory and Consumer Duty standards
About You
You'll ideally already have experience working within a Financial Planning or Wealth Management business and understand how an advice practice operates.
You'll also have:
