MBF is recruiting for a Junior Paraplanner to join a wealth management firm in Castle Bromwich. Offering exam support and opportunities for development and progression, the role would suit someone looking to build a long-term career in paraplanning.
You might already be working in a junior paraplanning position, or be an experienced IFA Administrator who has started taking on research and report preparation responsibilities. What matters is a good understanding of the financial planning environment and a clear appetite to develop your knowledge.
The opportunity
Working alongside the advice team, you will develop your involvement in the paraplanning process, helping turn client information and financial planning recommendations into clear, well-prepared advice documentation.
Your work will include supporting research, preparing information for suitability reports and liaising with colleagues to ensure client cases progress smoothly. As your knowledge and confidence grow, there will be opportunities to take on greater responsibility.

About you
You will have experience within an IFA or financial planning environment, strong attention to detail and an organised approach to your work. You should be comfortable working with financial information and keen to understand the reasoning behind advice recommendations.
Progress towards the Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning would be beneficial. You do not need to arrive as a fully established Paraplanner, but you should be ready to learn and take the next step.
