Client: Global Specialist Insurer
Our client, a global specialist insurer, is looking for an Organisational Resilience Analyst to help strengthen their resilience framework and ensure operational consistency across global functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the Organisational Resilience Framework across functions and locations.
- Ensure compliance with key regulations (MAS BCM Guidelines, UK Operational Resilience).
- Collaborate with teams to meet milestones and review third-party contracts.
- Support governance document publication for regulators and boards.
- Assist in vulnerability assessments and design recovery strategies.
- Help create and implement the Group Exercise & Testing Plan.
- Coordinate Incident and Crisis Management Teams and maintain Crisis Communication systems.
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of Organisational Resilience, Operational Resilience, and Business Continuity.
- Excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with a proactive approach.
- Ideally CBCI qualified.
