Client: Global Specialist Insurer

Our client, a global specialist insurer, is looking for an Organisational Resilience Analyst to help strengthen their resilience framework and ensure operational consistency across global functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain the Organisational Resilience Framework across functions and locations.
  • Ensure compliance with key regulations (MAS BCM Guidelines, UK Operational Resilience).
  • Collaborate with teams to meet milestones and review third-party contracts.
  • Support governance document publication for regulators and boards.
  • Assist in vulnerability assessments and design recovery strategies.
  • Help create and implement the Group Exercise & Testing Plan.
  • Coordinate Incident and Crisis Management Teams and maintain Crisis Communication systems.

Required Skills:

  • Strong understanding of Organisational Resilience, Operational Resilience, and Business Continuity.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently with a proactive approach.
  • Ideally CBCI qualified.
