An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Paraplanner or Senior Paraplanner to join a well-established and growing Financial Planning firm in Woking.
With a team of around 30 professionals, this business offers the perfect balance between a collaborative, close-knit culture and the stability and structure of a larger organisation. You will play a key role in supporting a team of highly successful Financial Advisers, helping to deliver high-quality financial planning advice to a diverse and loyal client base.
The Role:
- Providing comprehensive paraplanning support to a team of Financial Advisers
- Preparing detailed suitability reports and recommendations
- Conducting technical research across pensions, investments, and protection
- Assisting in the development of tailored financial planning strategies
- Liaising with advisers, clients, and providers to ensure a smooth advice process
- Ensuring all work is compliant with regulatory standards
The Individual:
- Level 4 Diploma qualified (preferred) or strong paraplanning experience
- Proven experience within a Paraplanner role (Senior level candidates welcomed)
- Strong technical knowledge across core financial planning areas
- Excellent report writing skills and attention to detail
- A proactive and team-oriented approach
