  • £50,000 - £60,000 + Bonuses and company benefits

Job details.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Paraplanner to join a highly successful, boutique Financial Planning practice.

Working within a close-knit team of around six, this is a rare chance to become part of a truly collaborative and high-performing environment where every individual plays a key role in delivering exceptional client outcomes.

You will work closely on a 1:1 basis with the Managing Director, providing dedicated paraplanning and technical support. This is a unique position offering real exposure to the full advice process, rather than being siloed in a back-office function.

The firm specialises in working with High Net Worth and Ultra High Net Worth clients, including celebrities and professional sports individuals, and has built an outstanding reputation for delivering a highly personalised, discreet service.

The Role:

  • Providing full paraplanning support to the Managing Director
  • Preparing high-quality suitability reports and recommendations
  • Conducting detailed technical research across pensions, investments, and protection
  • Assisting in the creation of bespoke financial planning strategies
  • Supporting the end-to-end client journey with a strong focus on quality and detail
  • Opportunity to attend client meetings and be involved in client interactions (if desired)

The Individual:

  • Experience working in a Paraplanner role within Financial Planning
  • Strong technical knowledge across core financial planning areas
  • Excellent attention to detail and report writing ability
  • A proactive, personable approach with a genuine interest in client interaction
  • Comfortable working in a small, collaborative team environment

What’s on Offer:

  • The opportunity to work directly alongside an experienced and successful Managing Director
  • Exposure to high-profile, HNW and UHNW clients
  • A genuinely collaborative and supportive team culture
  • Real involvement in the advice process and client outcomes
  • Strong long-term career development within a respected boutique firm

This is an exceptional opportunity for a Paraplanner who is looking to step into a more involved, client-facing role within a highly regarded and growing business.
