We are recruiting for a Financial Planning Administrator to join a successful and expanding financial planning and investment management firm based in Alton. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a forward-thinking, supportive team where you will play a key role in delivering high-quality administrative support to advisers and clients. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to financial advisers and clients
  • Handle client enquiries and maintain regular, proactive communication
  • Prepare and manage documentation, reports and client records with accuracy and professionalism
  • Assist with the preparation of client meetings and ensure all follow-up actions are completed

Requirements

  • Experience within financial planning or wider financial services (e.g., pensions, investments, platforms) is preferred
  • Strong understanding of, and interest in, the financial services sector with ambition to build a long-term career
  • Ambitious graduates seeking entry into the industry are also encouraged to apply
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and administrative skills
