Are you an organized and detail-oriented professional looking for a dynamic role in financial services?

Our client are currently looking for an IFA Administrator to join their supportive and professional team in Chester. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys variety, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.

About the Role
As an IFA Administrator, you will provide vital support to ensure their clients and colleagues receive a high-quality experience. Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing client meeting documents and maintaining accurate client records.
  • Managing Letters of Authority (LOA) processes and submitting new business applications.
  • Processing fund switches, Bed & ISAs, and handling general administrative tasks.
  • Monitoring workflows and managing tasks in our back-office systems.
  • Liaising with clients, providers, and contractors via phone, email, and in person.
  • Maintaining high professional standards in office organization and client service.

Your role will also involve supporting colleagues with ad-hoc tasks, projects, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

About You
We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Organized with exceptional attention to detail.

  • Proficient in IT and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Client-focused with a proactive and adaptable approach.
  • Eager to learn and develop within the financial services industry.
  • Candidates should have previous experience within Administration, ideally as an IFA Administrator

Salary: £17,500 - £26,500, depending on qualifications and experience.
