Job Title: IFA Administrator
Location: Hybrid - 1 day in office, 4 days remote (initial training in-office 2/3 days per week)
Salary: Up to £35,000 + Bonus and Company Benefits

Role Overview:
As an IFA Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting a team of successful financial planners and their clients. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality administrative support, ensuring that client relationships are managed effectively and efficiently. This position offers excellent flexibility, with the opportunity to work from home four days a week and only one day in the office, although during the initial training period, you will be required to work in the office 2-3 days per week. Therefore, you must be within a reasonable commuting distance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing full administrative support to a team of financial planners.
- Preparing and processing new business applications and client documentation.
- Maintaining client records and ensuring all data is up-to-date and compliant.
- Handling client queries and correspondence in a professional and timely manner.
- Assisting with the preparation of client review meetings and reports.
- Liaising with product providers and other third parties as required.
- Supporting the wider team with various administrative tasks and projects.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience as an IFA Administrator or in a similar financial services role.
- Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
- Proficiency in using financial planning software and Microsoft Office.
- A proactive and positive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A reasonable commuting distance from the office location for the training period.
