Our client, a leading national wealth management business with offices across the UK, is seeking a dedicated Financial Planning Administrator to join their dynamic team in Plymouth. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals from all financial services backgrounds who are eager to advance their careers in financial planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to financial planners and advisors.
  • Preparing and processing documentation for client meetings.
  • Managing client records and ensuring data accuracy.
  • Liaising with clients to gather necessary information and provide updates.
  • Assisting with compliance and regulatory requirements.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Previous experience in financial services is essential.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Keen interest in financial planning and wealth management.
  • Proficiency in using financial software and MS Office Suite.
