Financial Planning Administrator

Hybrid Working (3:2) after 6-month probation
A leading UK-wide Wealth Management firm is seeking an experienced Financial Planning Administrator to join their growing Belfast office.
This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a well-established and highly respected organisation with offices across the UK. The Belfast office is home to a thriving team, including a large Investment Management function of approximately 15–20 professionals, all based in modern, open-plan offices in the heart of the city.
The Role
You will work closely with a team of 4 Financial Planners and 2 Administrators, providing dedicated support to 2 Advisors. This structure allows you to build strong, long-term relationships with both the Advisors and their clients, becoming a key part of the client journey.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting Financial Planners with day-to-day administration
- Processing new business applications from start to finish
- Managing client documentation and maintaining accurate records
- Liaising with providers, clients, and internal teams
- Assisting with client reviews and ongoing servicing
- Ensuring compliance and regulatory standards are met
About You
- Previous experience in a Financial Planning or Wealth Management administration role is essential
- Proven experience processing new business
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to build effective relationships with Advisors and clients
