Financial Planning Administrator
Location: Nottingham (Hybrid Working Available)
Salary: Up to £33,000 + bonus & benefits (DOE)
We are working with a leading national wealth and investment management organisation to recruit a Financial Planning Administrator for their Nottingham office.

The Role
As a Financial Planning Administrator, you will provide high-quality administrative support to Financial Planners and Investment Managers, playing a key role in ensuring clients receive an excellent service.
Key responsibilities will include:

Supporting Financial Planners with day-to-day administration

Preparing client documentation and meeting packs

Processing new business, valuations, and policy updates

Liaising with clients, providers, and internal teams

Maintaining accurate client records and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

Previous experience in a financial planning or wealth management administration role

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Confident communicator with a professional approach

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
