Financial Planning Administrator

Location: Nottingham (Hybrid Working Available)
Salary: Up to £33,000 + bonus & benefits (DOE)

We are working with a leading national wealth and investment management organisation to recruit a Financial Planning Administrator for their Nottingham office.

The Role

As a Financial Planning Administrator, you will provide high-quality administrative support to Financial Planners and Investment Managers, playing a key role in ensuring clients receive an excellent service.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting Financial Planners with day-to-day administration

  • Preparing client documentation and meeting packs

  • Processing new business, valuations, and policy updates

  • Liaising with clients, providers, and internal teams

  • Maintaining accurate client records and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

About You

  • Previous experience in a financial planning or wealth management administration role

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Confident communicator with a professional approach

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
