Job Description:

As a Financial Planning Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our financial planning team in delivering exceptional service to their clients. You will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the office and the success of their financial planning services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Service: Assist in managing client relationships, responding to inquiries, and scheduling meetings.
  • Document Management: Maintain accurate client records, financial documents, and correspondence.
  • Data Entry: Enter and update client financial data accurately on systems.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate appointments and meetings for the financial planning team.
  • Compliance: Ensure all documentation and processes adhere to regulatory requirements.
  • General Administrative Support: Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to the team as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in financial services, ideally within a financial planning administrator role, is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Knowledge of financial planning concepts and terminology is a plus.
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently, as required.
