Du to continued growth in a tough market, my client is currently expanding its financial planning team. Despite being a relatively new division within the company, they have already achieved notable success. Now, they are seeking a dedicated Financial Planner to join the team and play a key role in their continued growth over the next 2 to 3 years.
As a Financial Planner you will collaborate closely with in-house Accountants and other professionals to foster and grow client relationships. Your primary objective will be to develop a significant book of clients in the coming years. This is an excellent opportunity for a Financial Planner, ideally with an existing client base that can be transitioned over the next 12 months. Alternatively, if you have a robust professional network within the financial sector, you can leverage it while also developing in-house leads.
- Cultivate and nurture strong client relationships, with a focus on providing top-notch financial planning services.
- Work collaboratively with in-house Accountants and professionals to identify opportunities for financial planning services.
- Develop and implement customized financial plans tailored to each client's unique objectives and requirements.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to offer the best possible financial advice.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Proven track record as a successful Financial Planner.
- An existing book of clients that can be gradually transferred or a substantial professional network.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to understand and address clients' financial needs.
- Relevant financial planning certifications and licenses.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
The salary for this position is competitive and flexible, with a target of 3 times validation (with flexibility in the first year). Additionally, a 33% bonus structure will be in place, including both new business and trail commissions.
