Financial Planner - Chorley- Growing firm of Independent Financial Advisers - Clients and Leads available

MB Fitzgerald Recruitment are currently working on an exclusive basis with a forward thinking firm of IFA's who are looking to continue their expansion plans for 2020 by hiring an experienced Financial Planner.

This is a growing business with an innovative approach to financial planning and a highly service orientated approach. They believe in building long term relationships with their clients and have an in-depth process including the use of cash-flow planning. They typically work with HNW individuals and have built their client base by way of strong connections with professional introducers.

With an exciting move to a newly purpose built office space in Chorley ahead, as well as a marketing project ready to launch, they feel that now is the time to add to their team. The new Financial Planner will be taking over a small book of clients to help them get started and will be given leads generated by the introducers and the company's marketing.

We are looking for an experienced Financial Planner who shares the company's values. They must be Diploma qualified as a minimum and should have an excellent knowledge of all financial services products and cashflow modelling tools. Ideally, you will be able to bring across your own clients which will help you to hit the ground running.

The candidate will be offered a basic salary which is negotiable depending on experience and qualifications and the ability to transfer clients. Salary will be reviewed on an annual basis and bonuses will be provided for exceeding targets (using a 2.5X Validation on salary). Paraplanning and Administration support is provided by the company to ensure that you spend your time meeting with clients and there will be potential for progression as the company grows, including options to buy into the business as a Partner.
