This role offers the opportunity to take over an existing portfolio of warm, loyal clients, allowing you to focus on delivering high-quality financial advice and building long-term relationships. The emphasis is very much on providing an exceptional client experience, ensuring retention and continued trust.
You will be working closely with a team of highly successful and collaborative partners who will provide ongoing support, including a steady flow of leads. While there is an element of natural business development, the structure of the role ensures you are not starting from scratch.
The company provides full back-office support, including paraplanning, compliance, and administration, enabling you to focus on what you do best - advising clients and delivering outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop an existing portfolio of clients
- Provide high-quality, holistic financial advice

Requirements:
- Level 4 Diploma qualified (essential)
- Proven experience in a Financial Adviser / IFA role
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
- Client-focused approach with a commitment to high service standards
