Chartered Financial Adviser

  • Bristol
  • Permanent
  • £60,000 - £75,000 + Bonus & Benefits

Job details.

An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an experienced Chartered Financial Planner to join one of the UK's most successful and reputable financial planning and investment management organisations.

This national firm has built a stellar reputation for providing exceptional, tailored financial advice and wealth management services to a HNW client base. The organisation is already a large and thriving business, however it is set to become one of the foremost leaders in the financial planning sector.

The Role
This position offers a rare opportunity to take over an established and highly valuable client bank worth approximately £80 million, inherited from a retiring adviser. The focus will be on delivering an exceptional level of service to these existing clients, fostering long-term relationships, and ensuring high client retention.

While the role involves natural opportunities for business development through the existing client base and professional introducers, the primary emphasis will be on maintaining and enhancing the company’s outstanding reputation for client care.

The role is based in Bristol, with an expectation to attend the office approximately one day a week. This time will be spent collaborating with directors, paraplanners, and administrators to ensure that clients receive a seamless, professional, and efficient service.

What the Company Offers
The organisation provides a comprehensive support structure, including a highly skilled team of paraplanners and administrators, allowing its financial planners to focus on building meaningful relationships with clients and delivering expert advice.

In addition to offering a market-leading basic salary of up to £75,000, the company provides a generous bonus structure and an extensive benefits package.

The business is proud to foster an environment of excellence and ambition, providing a platform for financial planners to excel in their careers.

Key Requirements
The successful candidate will ideally hold Chartered status or be close to completing it, supported by extensive market experience. Strong expertise in financial planning, client care, and relationship management is essential.
