Key Responsibilities:

- Preparing and packaging financial planning reports.
- Drafting transactional client letters, such as address changes or letters of authority.
- Liaising with product providers to obtain key information.
- Assisting with client onboarding and maintaining accurate records.
- Supporting client communications and company projects.
