With continued growth across their Financial Planning division, they are now seeking an experienced IFA/Financial Planning Administrator to join their highly regarded team. The opportunity
In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to a team of highly successful Financial Planners and their portfolio of high-net-worth clients, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and exceptional client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strong, trusted relationships with Financial Planners and clients
  • Work collaboratively with Paraplanners and internal teams to deliver seamless and compliant administration
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of client reviews in line with regulatory requirements
  • Prepare and coordinate documents for client meetings
  • Maintain up-to-date and fully compliant client files pre- and post-meeting
  • Process all post-meeting tasks, including Letters of Authority and new business submissions across various platforms and providers
  • Maintain a strong level of industry awareness through ongoing learning and internal workshops

About You:

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience within Financial Planning/Wealth Management administration
  • Highly organised, detail-driven, and proactive in managing workloads
  • Excellent communication skills across written, verbal, and client-facing interactions

Package:

  • Salary up to £39,000
  • Discretionary bonus
  • Exceptional benefits including pension, death in service and private medical insurance
  • Hybrid working: 3 days office, 2 days from home
