We are recruiting on behalf of a successful and well-established Financial Services company based in Exeter who are looking to appoint an Administrator to support their busy office team.

This is a highly organised support role suited to an experienced administrator who enjoys working in a structured, fast-paced environment and managing a steady flow of varied administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing day-to-day administrative and processing support to senior team members
  • Submitting and tracking applications and related documentation
  • Maintaining accurate records and internal systems
  • Communicating with external organisations and suppliers
  • Monitoring workflow and ensuring tasks are completed within deadlines
  • Supporting general office administration when required

The ideal candidate:

  • Previous experience in an administrative, office-based role
  • Strong organisation skills and high attention to detail
  • Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
  • Ability to manage workload under pressure
  • A proactive and reliable approach

Package & Benefits

  • Salary £25,000 – £30,000 depending on experience
