About the Role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Executive to join a leading provider of technology solutions for the insurance industry. This role involves selling innovative software products specifically designed for insurance brokers, MGAs and carriers. If you have a strong background in insurance systems and an extensive network within the brokerage community, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a sales strategy to promote technology solutions to brokers, operations and insurance professionals.
  • Identify and target potential clients in the insurance sector, focusing on building lasting relationships with business decision-makers.
  • Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of insurance systems and placing platforms to effectively present how these solutions can improve operational efficiency.
  • Conduct engaging presentations, product demonstrations, and tailored proposals to meet the specific needs of clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to incorporate client feedback and insights into customized solution design.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets while aligning with overall business objectives.
  • Maintain an active pipeline of prospects and utilize CRM systems to track sales activities and performance metrics.
  • Engage in networking opportunities and industry events to promote offerings and build professional connections.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of sales experience within the insurance technology sector or related fields.
  • Deep knowledge of insurance systems, placing platforms, and brokerage and underwriting operations.
  • Established network of relationships within the insurance brokerage /underwriting / operations community.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a results-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.
  • Proficient in CRM software and sales tracking tools.
