IFA Administrator – Financial Planning Firm (Near Coventry)
Salary: Up to £33,000 (Negotiable, depending on experience)
Location: Meriden, near Coventry
Working pattern: Primarily office based with flexibility to work from home 1 day per week

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced IFA Administrator to join a well-established, boutique firm of Independent Financial Advisers based in the Meriden area. This is a close-knit, supportive team environment where you’ll play an integral role in the day-to-day running of the business and work closely with both Advisers and colleagues across all areas of client servicing and administration.

The Role

As an IFA Administrator, you will provide comprehensive support to the Advisers to ensure the smooth delivery of an exceptional financial planning service to clients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and maintaining client files and documentation

  • Processing new business applications and liaising with providers

  • Producing valuations, reports, and client correspondence

  • Managing client queries and providing an excellent level of service

  • Supporting the paraplanning and advice teams as required

About You

You will have previous experience in a similar IFA administration or financial planning support role and a good understanding of the financial advice process. You’ll be highly organised, with strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills – particularly when dealing with clients.

This role would suit someone who enjoys being part of a small, collaborative team where your contribution genuinely makes a difference. You’ll be working in a friendly, professional environment that values teamwork and personal growth.
