As a Resourcer focusing on financial services and general insurance, you will be an integral part of our recruitment team, responsible for identifying, engaging, and presenting top-tier candidates to our clients. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Recruitment Consultants to understand client requirements and recruitment strategies.
- Source and identify potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, databases, and networking.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and assessments to evaluate suitability for specific roles.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future opportunities.
- Assist in coordinating and scheduling interviews between candidates and clients.
- Provide administrative support to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a resourcing or administrative role is advantageous.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with candidates.
- Interest in the financial services and insurance sectors.
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and detail-oriented.
