Position Overview:

As a Resourcer focusing on financial services and general insurance, you will be an integral part of our recruitment team, responsible for identifying, engaging, and presenting top-tier candidates to our clients. This is a fantastic opportunity to enter the world of recruitment, working closely with experienced consultants and gaining valuable industry knowledge.



  • Collaborate with Recruitment Consultants to understand client requirements and recruitment strategies.
  • Source and identify potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, databases, and networking.
  • Conduct initial candidate screening and assessments to evaluate suitability for specific roles.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future opportunities.
  • Assist in coordinating and scheduling interviews between candidates and clients.
  • Provide administrative support to ensure a smooth recruitment process.



  • Previous experience in a resourcing or administrative role is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with candidates.
  • Interest in the financial services and insurance sectors.
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and detail-oriented.



  • Competitive base salary ranging from £20,000 to £30,000, plus uncapped commission
