Location: Chesterfield, Basin Square (Opposite Chesterfield Train Station)
Salary: Up to £45,000 per year
Job Type: Full-Time, Office-Based (4 days per week possibly considered for the right person)

They are a growing company with new client enquiries coming in every week. They're keen to add a Paraplanner who can join for the long term to share their journey.

The Role:
We are working on behalf of our client to find an experienced and detail-oriented Paraplanner to join their team. In this role, you will support two advisers by conducting in-depth financial analysis, preparing reports, and helping clients navigate their financial journeys.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed analysis of client financial information, focusing on pensions and investments.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate client documentation and reports in line with regulatory standards.
  • Assist in creating tailored investment proposals and recommendations.
  • Key new business applications and facilitate fund switches and withdrawals.
  • Utilize tools like Xplan, Dynamic Planner, O&M Research, Genovo, and Google for effective task management.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries, fostering strong relationships with clients and advisers.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to ensure top-tier service delivery.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and share knowledge.

About You:

  • Proven experience as a paraplanner in the financial services sector.
  • Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning
  • At least 3 years of paraplanning experience with a solid understanding of pensions, investments, cash flow modeling, and FCA regulations.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • A positive, customer-focused attitude with a passion for learning and collaboration.
