Are you an organised, detail-oriented professional looking to join a market-leading financial services organisation? We are working with a market leading financial planning practice to recruit an additional Financial Services Administrator. The business we are working with have a fantastic reputation and have grown considerably over the past few years; they are an exciting business who are a very strong name in the industry.

The role will focus on supporting senior members of the team, working closely with clients (over the phone and by email), working with financial advisers, third parties and undertaking full administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support to senior team members, assisting in day-to-day operations.
  • Managing and maintaining a portfolio of existing clients, acting as a point of contact for any queries and ensuring excellent service delivery.
  • Assisting with client communications, documentation, and ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Organising and coordinating meetings, appointments, and schedules as required.
  • Preparing and processing paperwork related to client accounts.

Who we are looking for:

  • Previous experience in a similar administrative role
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive approach with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering top-tier client service.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other administrative software.
