We are currently recruiting for a Financial Planning Administrator role based in Marlow, working within a leading UK wealth management firm. This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable organisation that manages over £5 billion in client assets, offering personalised financial planning and investment management services. Our client will consider pensions administrators and investment administrators for this role.

The role sits within the Financial Planning team and plays a vital part in supporting financial planners and delivering exceptional client service. Candidates with experience as Pensions Administrators, Investment Administrators, or Platform Administrators are also encouraged to apply.

Role Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Financial Planners and their clients.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across Client and Adviser Support Hubs, as well as teams such as Central Operations, Paraplanning, and Wealth Services, to ensure smooth and efficient administration within set deadlines and SLAs.
  • Assist Financial Planners in managing and growing their client banks, ensuring accurate client segmentation, up-to-date data, and consistently excellent service.
  • Schedule annual reviews and assist with meeting preparation for Financial Planners.
  • Manage Financial Planners' diaries, coordinate schedules, and handle appointment bookings as needed.

Package

  • Base Salary: Up to £30,000.
