Financial Planning Administrator
Location: Leatherhead, Surrey (Hybrid Working)
Salary: £28,000–£34,000

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Financial Planning Administrator to join a growing and ambitious Independent Financial Advisory (IFA) practice based in Leatherhead.

This is a chance to become part of a small, close-knit team, where your contributions will directly impact the success of the business. The role offers hybrid working (Monday and Friday from home, Tuesday to Thursday in the office) and significant potential for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to financial advisers.
  • Manage client onboarding processes, including documentation and compliance checks.
  • Help implement and optimize operational procedures and systems (knowledge of Intelliflo is highly desirable).
  • Liaise with clients and providers to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Maintain high compliance and regulatory standards.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in a financial planning or wealth management environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using financial planning software, particularly Intelliflo.
  • A proactive, self-motivated individual who can work independently.
