This firm is known for delivering holistic, tailored advice exclusively to high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients. With ambitious plans to grow their assets under management and expand their business, they are looking to hire a motivated individual to support their Financial Planners, Paraplanners and wider team.

As a Financial Planning Administrator, you will play a key role in the advice journey, ensuring a seamless experience for clients and internal stakeholders alike. You will work closely with the advisory and paraplanning teams, handling new business processing, client reviews and a range of administrative tasks that are critical to the planning process.

The successful candidate will benefit from close mentorship and ongoing support from an experienced and highly regarded Office Manager, who has a strong track record of developing staff and supporting them through professional qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to Financial Planners and Paraplanners
  • Process new business applications, prepare documentation, and manage review processes
  • Maintain accurate client records in line with compliance and regulatory standards
  • Liaise with clients and providers to ensure smooth delivery of the advice process
  • Contribute to a professional and client-focused team environment
