Our client a growing Lloyd’s Syndicate is looking to hire an Operations Technician to service the demand for their London & US platforms, and support our continued success globally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recording new and renewing binding authority agreements within our PAS.
- Collection of bordereaux data from coverholders, and resolving any issues identified.
- Cleansing of bordereaux data prior to ingestion into our data warehouse.
- Monitoring estimated premium incomes for allocated coverholders.
- Producing reporting relating to Operations and Compliance for internal and external stakeholders.
- Resolving ad hoc queries and troubleshooting in relation to allocated coverholders.
- Assisting with process automation and streamlining procedures.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Enthusiasm and drive to build a career within insurance.
- Preferably interested in streamlining processes and developing within the field of Operations over the long term.
- Strong analytical skills. A minimum of an intermediate knowledge of Excel
- A minimum of 6-12 months of insurance-related experience or an internship within the Lloyd’s market.
