We are currently recruiting on behalf of a highly successful, independent financial planning firm that is looking to appoint an IFA Administrator to join their growing team.

The Opportunity
As an IFA Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting Financial Advisers and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the client support function. You will work closely with advisers, paraplanners, and the wider team to deliver a high-quality, efficient service to clients.
You will be joining a collaborative and growing team, where you will be supported in developing your skills and progressing your career over time.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing full administrative support to Financial Advisers
- Preparing documentation for client meetings and reviews
- Processing new business and servicing requests
- Managing client correspondence and liaising with providers
- Maintaining accurate client records and back-office systems
- Tracking and progressing cases through to completion
- Ensuring all work is completed in line with compliance requirements
About You
We are looking for an organised and proactive individual with experience within financial planning or wealth management administration, who is keen to develop their career within a progressive firm.
You will ideally have:
- Previous experience in an IFA or financial planning administration role
- A good understanding of financial products, including pensions and investments
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines
- A positive, motivated, and team-oriented approach
