You will be joining a collaborative and growing team, where you will be supported in developing your skills and progressing your career over time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing full administrative support to Financial Advisers
  • Preparing documentation for client meetings and reviews
  • Processing new business and servicing requests
  • Managing client correspondence and liaising with providers
  • Maintaining accurate client records and back-office systems
  • Tracking and progressing cases through to completion
  • Ensuring all work is completed in line with compliance requirements

About You

We are looking for an organised and proactive individual with experience within financial planning or wealth management administration, who is keen to develop their career within a progressive firm.

You will ideally have:

  • Previous experience in an IFA or financial planning administration role
  • A good understanding of financial products, including pensions and investments
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines
  • A positive, motivated, and team-oriented approach

What’s on Offer

  • Discretionary bonus
  • Hybrid working
  • Supportive and collaborative team environment
  • Structured training and development pathway
  • Proven progression opportunities into paraplanning and advisory roles

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a thriving independent firm that not only offers a strong and stable environment but also genuinely invests in the long-term development of its people.
